About
With the support of Humanities Nebraska, through the National Endowment for the Humanities ARPA Grant, we began an ambitious project in 2022 to digitally catalog our museum’s entire collection: photographing everything in our care and recording all the details, research, and stories. This will continue to expand on the history that we preserve and share.
The results of this project are beginning to take shape. Each collection item we have is photographed, and its catalog record is checked for accuracy. We remain boldly committed to ensuring access to our museum for everyone.
These Online Exhibits are an opportunity to take our collection beyond the museum walls, to share our work with everyone, skaters and non-skaters, who have an interest in the history of roller skating.
